My name is Susie Beyer and I have been a van rental customer now for the last 9 months or so. I need a van every couple of months to take my mom on day outings to give her a break from her nursing home.

My mom is one of only about 5 residents in her entire facility that has mental faculties intact. Unfortunately, her legs don't work because of post-polio syndrome. It has been very hard for both mom and our family to accept that she will live out the rest of her days in a nursing home. I googled wheelchair accessible van rentals and found your company.

I can't tell you how glad I am that Van Products has been there for us! From my first interaction with Parker, I felt completely comfortable and knew this was a company I could trust. He has helped me each time I've rented (total of 4-5 times now), and the process has gone seamlessly. Van Products have enabled my mother to be able to leave her facility and go on day trips / passes when this was not possible before. She can see extended family and friends, attend family reunions, go out to eat, sometimes just go to Walmart! But it allows her to feel like she's part of the outside world again, even if only for a few hours.

Nicole at the front desk is also helpful, professional and helps me in Parker's absence if I happen to come to pick up the keys at a time that Parker is not available. I wanted to be sure I told you about both of these employees, because they are the employees on the front line that present a wonderful image of Van Products to the public.

We arranged with Van Products to rent a mobility van on rather short notice.  This was due to an accident I was victim to in my own modified vehicle. Their representative (Parker) was very helpful in explaining the services and costs. The costs were some of the best between the triangle and Concord, including High Point. Parker even worked with the insurance company!. My situation has changed and I am in need of further modifications to my already modified vehicle. Nicole (Service Mgr.) and Tim, (Head Guy) are so empathetic. First of all, they have some of the kindest, most dedicated employees you will ever meet. They did everything they could to help me to get the adapted SUV of my dreams that works with my active lifestyle. My 88 year old mom has lost her ability to walk and we rented a wheelchair accessible van several times from Van Products in Raleigh, NC. The rental agent, Parker, was very accommodating and always had the rental van clean, full of gas and ready to go as soon as we arrived. No waiting forever like most rentals!

My mom enjoyed getting out so much that we decided to purchase a used handicapped van. Parker introduced us to Janet Harmon and she is an absolute treasure!! She is very knowledgeable, kind and so easy to work with. She let us test drive several different types of mobility vans and was never pushy. My mom loved Janet and we truly felt that she had my mom's best interest at heart.
