To help minimize disruption to services as well as address concerns that some of our customers may have related to minimizing exposure during these uncertain times, Van Products is proudly offering complimentary vehicle pickup for services needed as well as continuing to offer customer support via phone.
We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we’ve reinforced the existing Van Products policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. We’ve also limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings whenever possible.
At present, we do not expect any delays in the delivery of new purchases or rentals. However, as new information related to COVID-19 becomes available, Van Products will promptly communicate any projected changes to business hours, availability and delivery schedules.
